Cacio e Pepe Grilled Cheese

  • 2 slices thick cut bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter, soft
  • 1 tablespoon Olde Thompson Cacio e Pepe Pasta Mix-Ins Seasoning
  • 3 slices white cheddar cheese (or any other choice of cheese)

  1. Spread some of the softened butter onto one side of each of the slices of bread, from edge to edge.
  2. Sprinkle the Olde Thompson Cacio e Pepe Pasta Mix-Ins Seasoning evenly across the buttered side of each slice of bread.
  3. Heat up a pan with the remaining butter on medium heat.
  4. Place one of the pieces of toast in the pan, crusted side down.
  5. Add the cheese and cover with the other slice of bread with the crusted side up.
  6. Cook on one side for about 2-3 minutes, until golden. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden and the cheese has melted through.
