  • ¼ cup Olde Thompson Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 Frozen Breaded Chicken Breast Filets
  • 4 potato buns
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup your favorite cole slaw
  • 8 dill pickle chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning with oil and set aside.
  2. Prepare chicken according to package directions.
  3. While chicken cooks, toast buns. Spread both cut halves of each bun with equal parts butter. Place butter side down in a skillet and cook over medium-high heat until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
  4. Divide cole slaw evenly among the bottoms of each toasted bun. Top each with a chicken filet. Top each filet with equal portions of Nashville Hot Chicken-oil mixture, two pickles and the tops of each bun. Serve.
