  • 16 pieces wings (roughly 1.5 pounds)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons Olde Thompson Cacio e Pepe Pasta Mix-Ins Seasoning

  1. Season your wings with the salt and pepper.
  2. Roast the wings at 375°F for 10 minutes.
  3. Flip the wings over and cook for another 10 minutes at 400°F.
  4. Place the wings in a bowl with the butter and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle in the parmesan and Olde Thompson Cacio e Pepe Pasta Mix-Ins Seasoning and toss.
  6. Serve with ranch dressing if desired.
