STEAMED ASPARAGUS WITH LEMON WEDGES

  • 1 pound asparagus, cleaned with tough ends removed
  • 1 Tablespoon Olde Thompson California Garlic & Sea Salt
  • ½ lemon, cut into wedges

  1. Fit a large pot with a steamer rack. Add 2 inches of water and bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Place asparagus on rack and pot. Steam until cooked through and bright green, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a platter.
  3. Grind Olde Thompson California Garlic & Sea Salt evenly over asparagus. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
