Mix 2 Tablespoons Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning with buttermilk. Add chicken and toss to coat thoroughly. Cover and chill 1 hour to marinate.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Whisk remaining Nashville Hot Seasoning with flour in a shallow dish.
Remove chicken from marinade, draining excess marinade from each piece. Dredge each piece in flour mixture, coating completely.
Spray air fryer basket with pan spray. Place chicken into air fryer, making sure the pieces do not touch. (You may need to be done in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.) Spray each piece of chicken with a coating of pan spray.
Cook for 10 minutes. Flip each piece of chicken over and spray with additional pan spray. Continue cooking until chicken is golden brown and reaches and internal temperature of 155°F, an additional 10-15 minutes.
