• 3 ripe medium-sized avocados
• 1 teaspoon Olde Thompson Hatch Green Chili Seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Olde Thompson Pink Salt
• 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice (about half a lime)
• 1 ripe roma tomato, chopped
• 1/2 small red onion, diced
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove pits and scoop out flesh.
2. Mash flesh with a potato masher, mortar and pestle or
with a fork.
3. Add Hatch Green Chili seasoning, salt and lime juice,
continue to mash.
4. Fold in tomatoes and onion. Taste and add more Hatch
Green Chili seasoning, if desired.
