  • 2 large Roma tomatoes, cut in 1/8’s
  • 2 white onion, diced
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 10 Olde Thompson Whole Dried Chiles
  • 2 Tbsp fresh minced cilantro
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 Tbsp sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450F, next take all ingredients EXCEPT water and cilantro, and place them in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Take a sheet tray with parchment paper and place all ingredients that were just mixed.
  3. Place in the oven for 8 minutes, after the 8 minutes are up, place everything in a food processor and add the water and cilantro, now pulse until it is all blended.
  4. Enjoy with chips, tacos, fish, salads, toast, eggs.
