  • 4 ears corn, husks and silks removed
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons Olde Thompson Elote Seasoning, Sweet Corn Flavor With Chili And Parmesan, more to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped

  1. Preheat the Grill:
    Set your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
  2. Prepare the Corn:
    Brush the corn all over with the vegetable oil to prevent sticking and help with charring.
  3. Grill the Corn:
    Place the corn directly on the grill grates. Cook for about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is charred and tender on all sides.
  4. Add the Mayo and Seasoning:
    Remove the corn from the grill. While still warm, brush each ear lightly with mayonnaise.
  5. Season:
    Sprinkle each ear generously with Olde Thompson Elote Seasoning. Add more to taste if you like extra flavor.
  6. Garnish:
    Finish by sprinkling the chopped fresh cilantro over the corn.
  7. Serve:
    Serve immediately and enjoy!
