  • 3 mild white fish filets (mahi mahi, tilapia, or cod), about 4 oz each
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • 4.5 tbsp Olde Thompson Pesto Pasta Mix-Ins Seasoning (1.5 tbsp per filet)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly coat each filet with oil and season with salt to your preference.
  3. Press 1.5 tbsp of the Olde Thompson Pesto Pasta Mix-Ins Seasoning onto the top surface of each filet to create a crust.
  4. Place fish on a lined baking tray and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
  5. Serve hot over vegetables or grains, and enjoy!
